best. icing. ever.

Make your favourite buttercream (butter, cream, icing sugar) and fold in some melted, unsweetened chocolate. It's a kind of ganache, except you sweeten the icing and let the dark chocolate work its wonders.

um, Dallas, I'm pretty sure they've made this icing is illegal. at the very least it's been banned by the catholic church. I'll gladly take this batch off your hands until we know for sure ..
